Miqdar Holdings was created to answer a question that the world's most discerning property owners were asking: who can manage my home with the same quality, consistency and discretion that I experience in the best hotels?
Our founders and team have spent their careers at the helm of luxury hotel operations — managing multi-property portfolios for the most demanding guests in the world. We bring that culture, those standards and those systems directly into private residences. The result is a service that feels effortless to the owner and invisible to the guest — but is, in fact, the product of meticulous daily management.
We operate across Europe and the Middle East, serving families whose properties are as diverse as their lifestyles — from urban residences in Lisbon, London and Paris to coastal estates on the Mediterranean, alpine retreats and private villas in the Gulf.
