The Residence Manager
At the heart of every mandate is a dedicated Residence Manager — a senior hospitality professional with the background and temperament of a luxury hotel General Manager. They know the property, the owner's family and their preferences in detail. They anticipate, they prepare, they solve — and they do so invisibly.
Service Protocols & SOPs
Every task, interaction and procedure in the property is governed by written service standards and protocols — adapted to the owner's lifestyle and updated continuously. Nothing is left to assumption. This is the foundation of consistency, and consistency is the foundation of true luxury.
Staff Culture
We believe that the character and culture of a household team is as important as their technical skill. All Miqdar staff are selected not only for their competence but for their discretion, emotional intelligence and genuine service orientation. We invest continuously in their development.
Reporting & Transparency
Owners receive a monthly management report covering operations, maintenance, expenditure and any incidents — presented in a format designed for a principal who wants clarity, not detail overload. Ad-hoc communication is always available through the Residence Manager.

Our team operates properties across multiple countries. We understand the regulatory environments, supplier landscapes and cultural contexts of each market in which we operate — from UK legal frameworks to GCC household management norms. Wherever your property is, we are structured to manage it.
